All of my bulbs on my 05 Tahoe work except the driver side rear running light. The brake works though even though they're the same bulb. Does that mean wiring is loose or something like that? I pulled the housing and even changed out the bulb and saw no issues yet no change.

also try cleaning the metal contacts where the bulb goes in, get a small piece of sandpaper or a small flathead screwdriver and scuff the metal tabs, overtime the buildup can make a poor electrical contact, do it even IF IT LOOKS OK. sometimes the buildup is invisible to the eye.
perhaps even give it a little twist from the backside so the metal tab is making a better contact with the bulb legs.

Perfect. I'll try this once it stops raining.

Any cheap voltmeter would confirm if there is voltage and ground to the contacts, as would a 12v test light.

Have you confirmed the bulb works? Did you try it on the other side swap bulbs? If you have a volt meter?
I actually purchased a volt meter so I have to learn and try that. I tried the bulb from the other side that works over there, yet received the same result. I see no loose wires and tried lightly scraping the contacts inside the housing to ensure proper connections. I'm probably going to have to move on to underneath. I read something that there's a block or junction something under there that could be bad.
