Good evening everyone.

I have a noise coming from what feels like the front end at low speeds. It almost sounds like wheel/hub bearing growl, but it pulses. It's not constant.
So I've jacked up each side of the front and did the standard ball joint and bearing diagnosis checks. All seems tight.
This only seems to happen when coming to a stop from slow speeds, with brakes applied or not.
Any insight of what to check next ?

Take the truck to a local repair shop and get it on a lift. While on the lift with the body jacked up lifting the wheels into the air, put it into gear and have someone underneath the truck check out the drivetrain with a mechanic's stethoscope. I'm reasonably sure that they will locate the source of your issues quite quickly.
