I bought a 2023 Tahoe with 3 lift gate issues: lift gate glass won't open (gate opens fine with manual control and key fob, but nothing opens the glass), rear windshield wipers and washer don't work, and the hands free liftgate function doesn't work (the logo light projects on the ground but is non-functional; also the function is turned on at the infotainment system). Fuses in rear fuse box look fine.

Could this all be tied to a single relay in the rear fuse box that I can replace or does this require a trip to a mechanic?

Double check the roof console switch to make sure the lift gate is not off. It’s the circular switch on the roof console with the button in the middle..also used to set the opening height.

The hands free takes a “slow kick” to open. Make sure to kick your foot straight in then straight out, right where the logo is; make it very deliberate, and make it take about 0.5-1s. I had trouble with mine when I first got it, was being too fast and not making a big enough kick

Now, for the wiper not working…that seems like a trip to the dealer.

My previous Tahoe, a 2019, had an issue pop up where the back glass did not open but the gate still worked. It ended up being a loose fuse, not blown, just loose. I fiddled with it and the problem went away. Check you fuses.
