Intermittent fuel smell at start up.
I found the known issue of the fuel feed line above the tank. I changed it out with the updated part already. Will it did have evidence of rubbing, it was not leaking yet. So I'm glad I caught that beforehand.... Issue still remains.

When you use your door handle when entering your car from being locked the fuel pump is actuated to make starting faster. I'm betting your smelling a little excess from that after starting.

You need to smoke test the evap system.
