Hey, I've got the same problem; drivers seat all the way back. Reverse motor worked but forward is dead. Like an idiot I reversed it all the way to learn this, and now I can't get to the rear bolts. What happened with yours?
The OP hasn't been on here since late 2020.
The screw jack can be jammed. If you can, get under there with a pair of pliers and break it free.
