What year truck do you have?
This is the introduction thread. There's a whole bunch of different subjects forums for your year, and for whatever issues you're having--such as electrical, interior, drivetrain etc. Just trying to point you in the correct direction so you'll get the correct exposure in answering your question.

Back to the subject at hand....

Can you post some pics of what you're seeing with the parts? The pins that hold the headlights fit fairly tight into their respective holes (top and bottom), unless the headlights or turn signals aren't lined up correctly.
