Both of my 2003 Tahoe LT's FFV, neither of them activate the fuel pump until the ignition is turned to the run position and then the pump shuts off within 3 secs or so. 80 psi isnt even remotely close to the spec for a FFV of our generation. The spec is 48-54psi KOEO.
