I have a 2021 Premier Tahoe. I too started noticing a gurgling noise coming from the center engine area when I hit around 35K/40K miles. It got progressively worse in frequency and loudness. Took it to the dealer and they said transmission fluid was low by 1 qt. They didn't find any leaks...
