Everything has been fine and I go out last night to crank the Tahoe and it won't start. It's seems like it's almost there but just won't turnover. Battery meter was between 9-14 so I tried to jump it and got the same thing. Lights, electronics, etc all work when the key is in the "on" position...
Surprisingly, best buy has it for $10 cheaper than the website you referenced. Would have never guess that.

So basically you're saying if I'm not worried about using DVDs or NAV features it's useless to spend the money on a touch screen unit? I definitely understand what you mean about "CD Player" vs "Digital Receiver" though, thanks for the input!
I'm very interested to see what kind of suggestions some people may have for an aftermarket HU. I'm newly in the market to upgrade my stock bose HU and would love some input on aftermarket units people have actually installed.
