    Looks like my radio info is the same except: BUILDVERSION BUILDUSER rao1hi mine says rao2hi. Does your updated and reprogrammed radio show this also?

    Eric, can you please give me your BBB case number so I can maybe start one and reference yours because I think that's the only way they will seriously look at our problems. Did you initiate against your local dealership or the main GM location? Otherwise they just count on us letting it go.

    11-18-15 and I have this problem on my new 2015 XL also. The dealer did the old usual "could not duplicate" BS and I had to show him his own service bulletin that you all found #PIT5378B. He said to wait for a fix. Great......how long will that take? Does anyone know how to push for fixes on...
