    Alright so I rented a pressure test for the cooling system and bought a mirror, was able to see it was in fact the crossover plug on the rear driver side of the engine. I already had gaskets from doing this previously on the front, so I put a new gasket on and re-tested after cleaning things up...

    @strutaeng Awesome, very helpful. I'm going to run and buy an inspection mirror so I can try and get a better look. @Fless I just recently put new gaskets on the crossover at the front and am not seeing any leaking there (is there one on the back?)

    I do have dye in the coolant, which in my second video of OP shows where it's dripping from, but that's about how far up I can see. Would a head gasket combustion leak test kit work? If not I can try and rent a pressurized tester

    @2006Tahoe2WD Yeah I talked to the gentleman at O'reillys and he recommended not use RTV, just try new gasket. It is holding up well so far no leaks.

    I recently replaced my thermostat and housing using the following part: https://a.co/d/09bF48V I did not use any sealant / RTV and I have a small leak now. Would it be OK to take it off, add RTV, and reassemble or does the inside gasket need replacing now?
