random misfire code/hard start/skip
Random misfire is p0300. I have the same code and same symptoms and have just begun looking. It takes a scary 4 seconds to start and idles bad. The code only comes on at idle and actually blinks sometimes idling. As soon as I rev it or put it in drive it stops blinking. On the throttle it runs...- animalfries

switchbacks TOO blue?
Makes sense guys. Thanks for the input. Just a FYI from HID guy for those about to drop $50 on switchbacks--- "Well these aren't going to match very well with your 5k lights. Switchbacks are most going to match with any where from 6k to 8k kelvin rating lights."- animalfries

switchbacks TOO blue? HIDguy's will not match 5k HIDs I just put in my switchbacks and assumed they'd match my 55w 5k HID's. I wanted white on white on white. Nope. How to change the Fuel Filter
I bought a new filter last summer and finally did mine tonight because of this post. It took me about 15 minutes. Thanks! For other fuel filter virgins...even if you pull the pump fuse a TON of gas will still pour out! Definitely not a garage worthy task.- animalfries

Exactly. It's truly a gamble. I've had nothing but good luck with my HIDs from DDM, but if you have problem and need to contact them....good luck. You wait a week for a reply and then wait a month for another shipment. I'll order from DDM again on my next vehicle but I'll always keep in mind...- animalfries
