how odd. I would not have thought they would be different. Have you checked to see if there are other holes under your carpet? Are you willing to drill new holes? Just a thought.
read through this. there is a relearn process. not sure if that's what yours needs, but there is other info in there. Have you had the battery loose for any reason lately? I'm finding that doing that makes these trucks go nuts...
So I am now having the problem with my heated seats. I read a lot of posts on here and didn't seem to find any hard info to help chase down the problem. During my google search, I came across this info. I realize that more than likely it is a bad element, but for those of you who have determined...
My 2000 Silverado has the EGR tube that runs to the front passenger side of the intake. I didn't get it seated properly and it caused some of the issues you described. It was a pia to get flush. Might check that.
I noticed the other night when i piled 7 people into my 03 Yukon that the middle seat would not adjust to allow more leg room for people in the third row. Is there a way to adjust the seats? It is the captain type chairs that fold down and forward, but i could figure out how to lock them in...
I have an 03 Yukon XLT. My right front fender is damaged right by the bumper from a mishap by the previous owner. I plan to just replace the fender with one of the same color and move forward. What year GMC or Chevy fenders can I pull from? I don't think the Chevy fender will fit, but will the...
Thanks. It's doing better. It might pop once or twice now. The widely drives it mostly so I haven't diagnosed which setting causes it. I replaced the ones in my Impala and it stopped, but after reading info on here it seems that replacing doesn't necessarily fix the problem. Thanks again.
Anyway......
I went out and pulled the HVAC fuse. When I started it up it popped about 2 times and then started blowing from the vents like it should. Maybe that cleared it up.
Hey folks. I'm new to the Yukon world, but I'm not new to the world of GM trucks and cars. I've had to replace two blend door actuators on my 07 Impala. I've been searching for a little while and I haven't seen exactly what the Yukon is doing. Maybe I've missed it. Either way, I noticed the air...
Did you check the fuel pressure regulator? Not sure about yours, but on my 2000 5.3 it's on the driver's side fuel rail. It has a vacuum hose that runs to it. Pull that hose off. If gas comes out then the FPR is bad. If not then I would lean toward the pump. Something to check anyway.
