My dealer just received a used (13k mi) ‘22 Denali Ultimate (now reserve package) with every option including RSE w/ 6.2L. They’re asking $93k (same as msrp new) and called me to see if I’m interested. If I can work them down below $90k I may consider.
Does buying a used new Yukon in this...
Here’s the update my dealer provided yesterday. ZERO movement and they say not to even both ordering a 23 unless I want to wait until q1 of next year. Fun times!

You’re doing ALL RIGHT! Hopeful you get yours soon.
Has anyone on this thread had a diesel ship to them in the past month? I’ve seen no movement and every diesel XL unit across the country in transit is already spoken for. Really need mine before fall/winter…
Any further updates on your ‘23 order? My ‘22!same build is sitting in TX built since May waiting on parts. Wondering if I try to order a ‘23 and see what comes first…
Dealer called me with an update yesterday. I am still in a parts hold and no resolution timeline or eta for delivery. Sitting at midlothian since mid May. No WS this week either.
This is great! Last 2 months you haven’t seen more than 10 Dmax in transit out of TX. I got my update from dealer yesterday, still 4D00 for 3rd week. Sitting in Midlothian since right after production on 5/13. Fingers crossed for Labor Day Delivery? At this point I may be lucky to beat first...
Starting to see real movement in Colorado. My dealer picked up 15 Yukon/Yukon XL this weekend as in transit. None of them are diesel so mine is not one of them. Either way it’s the largest sum of new SUV’s in transit I’ve seen since starting to follow inventory as I wait for mine.
Sorry to hear. My dealer advised against ordering another unit. Said I will likely sit and wait just as long or longer. Timing is horrible for any GM truck or SUV right now
Same here.
My updates from dealer are as follows. I’m expecting tomorrow to still be at 4D00 when I get text from salesman.my original order date was 1/22
5/13 3800
5/20 4300
5/27 4300
6/3 4B00
6/17 4B00
6/24 4300
7/1 4D00
7/8 4D00
There is only so many times you can be fed a Water Sandwich before you snap. It’s insane how ambiguous they are and put everything back on the dealer. Dealer clearly told me last week I’m on a chip hold, meanwhile GM cx service keeps regurgitating the same excuse for the past 7 weeks.
So my dealer finally called me yesterday with an update from GM. The dealer has been telling me vehicle has been bayed since production on 5/13. Now on 7/1 GM informed my dealer of multiple issues with microchip shortages and my build has been moved to hold status with no eta on a resolution...
Big concern is that trucks are sitting in an empty field under the elements for months on end. It’s different sitting stationary vs actual day to day use. Who knows what surprises we will find after 6mo or ownership. *grabs popcorn*
