    Yeah I would check the level. Top it off if it's low, and then check the hoses for leaks. Hopefully it's not the pump but I haven't heard of those being a big issue in these trucks

    Generally I would think of it as more of a moaning sound when they get low. A squeezing sound could be a belt slipping. Did you check the fluid level?? Also, I assume you are talking about power steering fluid, not steering wheel fluid?

    Wow. Pulled it out with a tow strap connected to a ski rope??? I'm surprised they got it as far as they did before it broke. Waterski ropes aren't exactly designed to pull a 5000 lb truck full of water. At least it didn't hit anyone when it snapped.

    Automatic Trunk Opener not working HELP!!!!

    Turn it off with the switch inside the truck and open it by hand. If it doesn't stay open, you need to replace the lift assist struts. That's what happened on mine. The left strut went out and the motor would do exactly what yours is doing.

    Sounds like some of your problems could be due to a cheap collision repair job. Obviously they cut some corners if you found a few things put back together wrong. They probably used cheap aftermarket headlights. And who knows how many of the mechanical issues you've had that are related to that.

    Wow. That's really all I can say it looks so good. I actually have an appointment to drop mine off at the bodyshop Monday morning for my hood to be reprinted from all the rock chips. I'm seriously considering having them do the front bumper and possibly the fenders after seeing this though!

    Try a bumper recycler. That's where the bodyshops get theirs from. There are many of them around. Not sure where you are located but a larger national one is Keystone. It would be much less than going to the dealer. Just tell them you need a denali rear bumper cover.

    Make sure the rear shocks are good. The compressor should kick on to inflate them a little if it hasn't been started lately. It shouldn't be too loud, but as long as you're not moving you should hear it. Check to make sure the shocks aren't leaking air. Mine are with about the same miles on...

    Is it just the glass part of the mirror that is shaking or the entire plastic housing that is connected to the door? Oil pressure seems normal. Mine sits at 20 on a warm idle, around 40 while driving

    2007 Suburban LT - Weird noise when flooring it

    This is interesting. My Denali makes a similar sound when the pedal is all the way down. A friend said it sounded like tires spinning. To me it sounds like a whistle or belt slipping. I'll have to check my dual tips. I hate to remove them but might be worth a try.
