Servos
I wouldnt do a shift kit.....servo took my local mecanic like 20 minutes to install...for a shift kit I'm pretty shure you have to take down your tranny and for a servo you don't need to remove your tranny....- 1slowtahoe

Servos
You will feel a difference in shifting gears it will shift a firmer....my truck will churp the 20's when it hits second gear....and when it shifts to third I get another push out of the servo.....I have the vette servo with stock tranny....- 1slowtahoe

to swap or not?
Just make shure to get the oem grill....not the cheap kind.....the emblem will not fit flush on a cheap grill....and on a oem grill it will insert right in to give it a flush smooth look.....you can notice it real quick I have the oem grill on mine- 1slowtahoe

You wont regret a tune....I always tend to get romped in the street when alot of guys are trying to street race.....most of the times I will race....if I don't win I don't lose by much.....I always get good compliments of how my truck performs and looks..... Btw my tuner does mail order tunes....- 1slowtahoe

Let me know what you guys think....I have more vids on my phone but have trouble uploading them... A few races and a speedo run at the end... Raced a x-runner here are the vids...Times on x-runner are a 15.0 spinning bad....my times are 14.9 on 20's...- 1slowtahoe

Thanks....this baby #4 for us...this is our last one... a shop close-by used drop shocks with some real small springs and for the front he modified the torsion keys....I can go lower but I'm in love with my lower valance....lol- 1slowtahoe

The idea of painting the chrome bumpers and the chrome part of the grill along with the front top bumper plastic to match the rest of the truck had been crossing my mind along with adding some tahoe 22 inch wheels only in the back and paint my wheels silver.......but my wife and I just found out...- 1slowtahoe

New to the site I drive a 01 tahoe lt Bought it plain and simple looked exactly like this one.... Added tinted windows.... I added some 22's.... Then traded my 22's for some oem tahoe 20's... Then I dropped it and added the 2500 silverado grill and top bumper...- 1slowtahoe
