    thanks, think I can get the 04 LS 175,000 miles for $5,000.00 its in good condtion. I know the owner of it. it just has the 4.8L thats the only hold back. and its a 2 wd. I really want a 03 model z71 black with around 150K miles for about $8,000 if anybody knows of one. cloae to bama.

    which motor to buy looking at a 04 tahoe with the 4.8L 2WD wass needing it to pull a bass boat. would you wait and get a 5.3L. seems like the 4.8 books for more than the 5.3 in same year. thanks Phillip
