First off he said that the reason truck did what it did on the boat ramp is because most likely the "throttle Body" acting up so if it ever happens again to shut engine off and restart. Raw end all the way around BUT the PO ended up getting in a bit of legal trouble for tampering with check engine light and I LOVE IT! I received a very "strong" letter from him after he was fined. Thank you very much, I will try anything at this point! I thought I narrowed it down to the drivers seat because even if the radio isn't on it screeches as you get in or out of the seat.
