'02 not purring like a nice kitten anymore.
Thanks! I just had my oil changed. I had the belt replaced over a year ago, is it time for a new one already? I just want to keep the beast running smooth! Any belts/tensioner assembly/plugs you would recommend? thanks- Dozer

'02 not purring like a nice kitten anymore.
My '02 5.3 has 113,000 miles and just recently I am getting a ticking/knocking when i start it up for the day and last a few minutes until the engine is kinda warmed up, and the belts are constantly squealing while idling, not accelerating. Any tips to get it running a little smoother? Thanks.- Dozer

'02 5.3L Knocking/Ticking only at highway speeds
I am getting a ticking/knocking on cold starts. Is that something I should be concerned about? I have a 2002 with 113,000 miles on it. No engine mods.- Dozer
