    wow. that's a lot of work. I did a double DIN install, and all it takes is a little careful cutting of the surround. Another tip instead of drilling all those holes to remove the inner pieces is heat up a metal putty knife/scrapper and it cuts right through that stuff with no mess. Good write...

    too long, a week of evenings, plus the about 4-5 hours on a Saturday to wire it all up, and get them aimed. Granted I'm sure if I did it againl it would go alot faster. Learned alot. pretty happy w/ the cutoff line....although from further away against a wall, it looks like the drivers side...

    soulsea...it's all good! I wasnt trying to come accross like a jerk either, I wish it was as simple to just buy some $100 headlights and have projectors. I've seen pics of those "pre-made Projectors" taken apart, and the Lens is just a cheap plastic piece, not like the proper glass ones in...

    ?? WiCK3D_SiX ummm, those dont hold a candle to "real" projectors. read up on those, let alone look at some pics of the "beam" I was going to buy a set of those, but after reading post after post saying they were junk, I got the idea....

    Here it is...I couldnt find much about anyone putting projectors in the OBS headlights....I've spent a TON of time searching the net. and found only one other write up...pretty sad, considering how many of these atrucks are out there.... here is my 99' Tahoe that I installed Bi-Xenon 4300K this...
