Got it now. I am only replacing the rear for the meantime. Just so I can remove the compressor and the shocks. I found a deal on a set of Rear Springs and shocks from a 03 Suburban Z71 that I was real tempted on buying but I compared springs from mine and they look just about the same. Same...
Okay so i looked up the 24-185677 on Bilstein and apparently that shock is only a option in the 2500-3500 trucks suvs. I thought the parts where all the same or is this shock a little more Heavy Duty like?
At Autozone under a 05 Suburban 4WD. The Bilstein shocks for the rear come up as part number # 24-143806 instead of the # 24-185677. Is there any difference? I need to replace the shocks soon since the compressor is kickin on more frequently.
No I am using the part number to match them on eBay. But the Bilstiens on AutoZone for a Suburban 4wd have a different part number to that of the Bilstiens that people on here have bought for replacements.

Definitely no lift for me but dont want the rear to sag when I carry all 7 passengers.

Is there any difference on the Bilsteins from my above thread?
What kind of shocks did you get? I am thinking of only replacing the rears. Ive to read that Bilsteins are they way to go.

Anyone have any reviews on the Monroe Reflex 911506 or the KYB Monomax 565103...
Ok guys I have read a couple threads on this topic but there all mixed ideas.
I have a 03 Escalade ESV with the auto ride. The compressor comes on everytime on start-up. Bad shocks is my idea my take.
Can I replace just the rear shocks with normal shocks? I dont care about the error msg on...
Its only been one day and I miss it like its been a year man. Hopefully in the very near future ill be back in a Yukon probably a 5.3 this time or if by any luck another Denali just the short version this time.
I did try the connector on the pedal and the throttle body. Further inspection found out it had a cracked front diff and a leaking radiator.
Being that it might have a gremlin issue and a couple other things I was forced to trade it in and came home with a 08 Impala LTZ. The yukon served us...
I rechecked everything plugs harness tac module and nothing changes. I had it running for a good hour pulling and tugging on the harness and connectors but no CEL. Its been about 3 days since it last happened and I cannot get the CEL light Reduced Engine to come on. I drove it in mud, dirt roads...
Lets hope so man. So far since thursday of daily driving up and down all the way till today no light has popped up. If by this thursday I get no light we will be on safer side of the whole dilemma.
Ok going back to the thread I did get that code. I did check all the grounds and just rechecked them. I got the TAC module for $10 bucks so I was like cant beat the price. So far after mixed driving and 1hr stop and go traffic along with street driving the CEL has not come on. I know for a fact...
Just bought another TAC. I will wait and see if this fixes the Intermittent code p2135 that comes up. If this does not fix it all thats left to replace is the WHOLE throttle body but somehow I dont think that might be it.
And the problem begins guys:(
After a month of no problems the dreaded Reduced Engine Power message came on as well as the CEL. Checked the codes and getting only 2 codes both which are P2135 throttle/pedal position sensor/switch A/B voltage correlation.
I have switched back both the...
Just touching base with you guys on the issue.
She is running and purring like a 6.0 should. I was so relief when the TAC was the last straw for this issue. I can actually have a life now.lol
Oh it has one but the dealer said no yukon tahoe etc have them.
One of the connector plugs is broken on the clips that hold it in so there going to splice the connector and use the connectors that I cut with the box from the boneyard.
