    2013 NAV Disc read error (on DVD try)

    Just bought a 2013 Suburban with NAV. Put a DVD in and it tries to read it. 1 in 10 DVDs will work. The others throw a cannot read disc error and eject it. Any thoughts? I am going to try a lens cleaner as a first step.

    $38 each is cheap - who was the seller? Cheapest I am seeing them is $65. So is the floor trim cover the only piece that needs to be removed and the rest of the seal just fits in or does around the fuse panel (drivers side) need to be separated somehow?
