Let's see some pics of some lifted and leveled

How'd you guys with cognito arms bolt on the balljoints? Mine came with 5/16 hardware, the UCA is only slightly bigger, but the balljoint has a 3/8 holes and the 5/16 hardware just swims around in there pretty loose. I don't trust the clamping force of the hardware to keep that balljoint from...

10 bolt to 14 Bolt, 9.5 sf swap

All good, as long as the parts are cheap I don't mind giving it a try. I used circle d for most of the converters. Has been swapped a few times, With different transmissions. Ended up with a big boy circle d triple disc, mechanical diode, billet cover, 252mm I think . I've been happy with them

Can you install a 2 speed transfer case in to a vehicle with a single speed?

6l90 uses a 29 spline input iirc, 6l80 uses a 32. theres a write up on gmt900 site iirc..its a whole bunch of harnesses the transfer case also tells the front center axle disconnect to engage/disengage and wants feedback confirmation. the front awd axle doesnt have CAD

Cast iron UCA versus aluminum UCA ball joint tapers

could also just mean the top mount is thicker on the aluminum and it carries the same taper further, making it wider? i swapped 2015ish aluminum uca/lca/spindles for a while...the spindles are out cause of lift kit. i always heard the ball joint and tie rod ends were different, tie rod ends i...

i am happy with them, the longer spacer i ordered lines up perfect with the ones that came with it. i tried to find an ARP stainless bolt to use but could only find up to 1/2" :(

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

Longer bolts (6&6.5)and spacer came, waiting on smaller "alignment spacers" for the heims, the ones i have are a little bit over 1/2" long, i ordered some that looked stubby as hell, but they are basically the same length. the only definitive shorter ones i could find that will work are 3/8 from...

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

alright so the end goal here is to flatten out the tie rod angles or even have them slightly above level, that way while accelerating if it goes from slightly above to below the net length stays close enough not to make a huge difference. There are several ways to do this, im looking at three...

Randeez 2012 Budget Yukon Denali Build (stick on hood scoops galore)

May as well add to the build thread since this is becoming a ta-do. Bump steer kit, with the 6"+ lift (more like 7.5-8 with coilovers) tie rod ends are already angled down, accelerating brings the front end up, angling them down even more, angle=shorten=tires turn in.
