    Highway gas mileage

I'm in the mid 16s with my 2016 with 5.3L and AFM turned off. Mix if city and highway. Much better than the 12-14 I was getting with my old Silverado. Turning the AFM off seems to have dropped it ~2MPG for me. YMMV.

    Replacement strut assembly

Thanks for the follow up. I replaced my rears with KYB monomax and that really settled the truck down a lot. The old ones were shot. It is riding well enough I am going to wait a bit to do the fronts. I am leaning toward a KYB assembly. About twice the price of the monroe but they are monotubes...

    Replacement strut assembly

Did you end up using the quick strut? How did it turn out? Liking the ride?

Bilstein 4600 or 5100 spring seats

I put kyb monomax on the rear. So I may just stick with kyb for the front. But they seem to be sold out everywhere. This supposed chain shortage thing is getting a bit annoying. Its riding a lot better with the new rears I might wait a few months to change the fronts

Bilstein 4600 or 5100 spring seats

J I did the live chat with shockwarehouse and the person told me the spring seats are not available. This is crazy to me as it seems even in the Ford and Toyota forums that the same problem exists. Why bilstein would not offer the seats is beyond me. What else do you all recommend?

    Torque Pro APP question

Everyone. Original poster here. IT WORKs. I was running the regular GM PIDs when it was not working. The error was in the "OBD Header to use" section. Mine was set to AUTO but when I cleared it out to BLANK, it worked. I apologize for being MIA, I was not getting notifications that this thread...

Bilstein 4600 or 5100 spring seats

Hi all, I am looking to replace the front struts on my 2016XL. Been reading a lot about what it takes and have found that the struts I am looking at, either the Bilstein 4600s or 5100 do not come with the lower spring seats. I have not looked but I am guessing the seats in my OEM units are...

    Torque Pro APP question

I could unplug it and likely will when -30 and I leave the truck out over night. Which is seldom to never

    Torque Pro APP question

Thanks for looking. I have an old scangauge that would show the slip on my 07 Silverado. I tried it on the Yukon and it does not work. I am trying to avoid the $100+ sending unit when the $23 one I have works for everything else. I am thinking of modifying an extension cable to power the...

    Torque Pro APP question

Ok just scrolling Amazon it's hard to know. Does anyone have a link to an obd2 do gle that they can confirm reads tcc slip on a 2016 ish Yukon? I'd prefer one.that shuts off when the truck powers down but I can always buy a switched extension

    Torque Pro APP question

I am not in love with the obd2 dongle I have. It doesn't have a switch so the light ways stays on. I'll order a different one and see if that works. I am still in the return window on the first one.

    Torque Pro APP question

Good afternoon everyone. This is my first post. I have a new to me 2016 Yukon XL SLT. I picked up a bluetooth OBD II sender and the Torque Pro App. I am trying to monitor TCC slip. I can see and add the TCC slip gauge to my APP but the reading is always blank. Like it is not picking it up...
