(Hoping "nasty" is hip lingo for "good" lol) Aww shucks guys, you sure know how to make me feel special! Bah! I thought I posted a start and idle clip on here a while ago...? If not, I'll have to dig it up, was a little better quality than that one...
Thanks man! Sorry for the delayed response dood, that is simply just the Corsa Sport (PN 14886) cat-back system.... factory manifolds, factory cats...
LOVE Corsa... only system I'll spring the extra cash for (would go a whole year without performance exhaust to save for Corsa). Had a Sport...
wow, I did not know that... interesting... I wonder how much boost i'll see from the 2.8" pulley then?? Weird, with my old radix MP112 on my silverado ss I was around 14 lbs. without using underdrives etc etc to get there...
Will I be safe spinning the 1900 with a 2.8" on a daily driver...
Ah, I gotcha... well hell... if you're certain my stock squirters will be fine for 10 lbs. (which I don't want to exceed at the moment) then I'm a happy boy! Now I just need to figure out exactly what pulley size will put me at 10 lbs, pin my crank, get a hold of the HD tensioner and pony up the...
Unfortunately I don't go a anywhere with a cool or even nice backdrop/setting :-( basically home-work-cemetery and between lol... got a little shot and angle happy today after her warsh....
would the LS9s work properly / optimally though? I've been reading that they have a particular/specific spray pattern for the LSA/LS9 engines???
If those ID1000s would allow me to run E85 when wanted or needed, I'm cool with that... and would still be interested in taking them off your hands etc...
Thanks man! Hmm... seems then that they would work fine right out of the box for my application eh...
Your buddy have any issues with drivability or trouble tuning?
I need to study up more on this angled spray pattern concern...
Most appealing couple things about the LS9 squirters to me -...
So what's the better/best upgrade without refinancing your home to make it happen? My factory lights aren't cutting it (I don't want anything ridiculous looking, and I hate to spend money on stuff like this, but I'd surely prefer to see better at night...)
Just checking in, been too long since I posted, but on the other hand only thing I've done in the mean time (since the rims) has been tinting the windows (whoopie!!) Bah! Got plans for spring time, starting to get a reachable/realistic parts list together...
Rainy day, but here she is....
If it were the intake manifold gasket, wouldn't it be more consistent? It's extremely intermittent, only on long idle and now seems to only rear its ugly head when outside/ambient temps fall to 50 deg or below.... effing gremlins!!!!
Good call on the testing, if the truck were mine and here at my place more I'd put more effort (work) in, was hoping someone had done it on here... I have yet to find a good solid schematic online either... hopefully I can get him over here w it for a couple hours to figure it out...
My other suggestion was to use this 2 wire model home link from a 98 Deville.... but obviously it would be way better and cleaner if we could figure out the direct swap overhead...
No one has a schematic? Sorry... dumb firefighter here, need help! Bah!
Started a project for a buddy of mine, he has a 2004 Silverado, but the wiring should be across the board for GMFSs...
His vehicle was not originally equipped with Home Link, but he does have an overhead console same size shape and design as the ones equipped, just without the button module...
