It seems there is great confusion regarding the above terms. To make it more confusing, your vehicle can have 2 of the systems at the same time.
Premium ride appears to me to be just an advertising gimmick. Someone chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

I am the original owner of a 2015 LT with trailer package and auto level control. My vehicle now has 90k miles and has never done the described test sequence each time it is started. The system has always worked correctly by pumping up
the shocks to level the rear when weighed down by a trailer...
Just a reminder that an affordable and easy way to raise the rear is to use a 1" or 2" spacer under the existing spring. They can even be combined for greater lift. Replacement of springs is not necessary to raise the back. I think I paid $36 for Belltech 2" spacers.
I should mention to those thinking about lowering your Tahoe that if you don't keep the rear slightly higher than the front, the roofline will look like it slopes down in the rear. Also, you lose some of the view out of the rear view mirror.
I agree with Big Mama and 91RS that a 2" /3" drop...
i also have a 2015 LT that I installed the same rear springs on. Those original trailer tow springs were very stiff and the Belltechs improved the ride considerably.
Your auto leveling air shocks are compensating for low rear vehicle height and as a result are making a stiffer ride. You can...
I suspect the only difference between the 2017 and 2018 headlight assemblies is slightly brighter led strips. Not worth the expense if that is the case.
The Body Control Module (BCM) programming is definitely different on prior to 18 models since it sends a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for...
Pin 85 is the input from the headlight wire on the vehicle harness. (Only one headlight input is needed). The + side of the capacitor also needs to be connected to that pin.
Pin 30 connects to both ballasts for the hid lights..

The (+) lead of the capacitor and the headlight power from the vehicle harness connect to the relay terminal. The (-) lead of the capacitor connects to chassis ground. It is much easier to buy the code cancel capacitor where one end plugs into the vehicle harness and just cut the plug off the...
The LED strip is slightly dimmer than the strip used on the LTZ models but the difference is hardly noticeable. A code cancelling capacitor can be purchased for about $10 or a 4700 uf capacitor must be used on the headlight input to filter the PWM signal or the relay will buzz. This circuit is...
Don't know what happened to a post I just made explaining I found a way of modifying it to function correctly in all ways with my hid converted headlights.
Message me if you need more information. For 2015 through 2017 Tahoe and Subs. Requires 3 relays, cutting, and soldering.
I found a way to wire the led strips for drl's using 3 relays. I am using a hid conversion for headlights so my circuit only has a single headlight output. It works fine on my 15 Tahoe and my son's 17 Suburban. The leds do not seem to be quite as bright as the LTZ strip but are plenty bright for...
I have installed a number of HID conversions on several different types of vehicles including my 15 Tahoe, 16 Silverado, and 17 Suburban. I have diagnosed a couple of problems of lights working intermittently. Each time it was caused by the relay harness.
In one case it was a poor connection...
I have a 2015 LT with 51,00 miles on it. I get 16-17 mpg in city and 20-21 mpg on highway. I ordered it like my other Tahoes with the trailer tow package. That gives it a 3.42 axle ratio. This is my 3rd ordered Tahoe since 1996 and all 3 of them got better economy than equivalent year standard...
BCM Wiring
QUOTE= If anyone wants any other wiring let me know and I will post em up.
Do you have a schematic of the BCM for a 2015 Tahoe LT?
I would like to see if I can come up with a mod to transfer the DRL function to the LED's instead of headlights.
Thanks
Tony's Mod works on Max Trailer Struts also
That's what I thought until I pulled it apart again to cut the coil and realized it does have the snap ring! The collar was just corroded to the point that I couldn't see the snap ring in it and the collar looked like it was welded or crimped on...
Pictures
Pictures of modified strut and Escalade spring that also had to be modified to fit over my heavy duty trailer option shocks.
Now my Tahoe rides great and at the height I like.
Top picture shows area I had to enlarge so the white plastic insulator would fit into the spring.

Threaded Rods for Adjustability
You can make your own adjustable rods. If you can't find a 3" bolt just buy a length of threaded rod at your local hardware store or hobby shop and screw the caps from your stock rod onto it. The caps require a pretty hard pull to remove from the stock rods but...
Autoride rod adjustment
Instructions included with Belletech lowering kit suggest 3" center to center assembled length for the replacement rods that are included in their kit.
I measured stock size at 3 9/16" c/c.
So they suggest 9/16" shorter rod for their 3" 34324 drop kit or 3/16" shorter...
Non - Stock or Max Trailer option makes a Difference!
It is apparent that there are different springs being discussed.
SOME of the aftermarket lowering or lifting springs are much stiffer and might give an objectionable ride. When I opted for the max trailer package on my LT, I had no idea it...
I have the max trailer option with bigger diameter shocks so your normal modification of relocating the retaining groove on the shock won't work. EDIT: I WAS able to remove the collar and cut a new groove to lower the spring hanger. The bigger diameter shocks use a heavy collar for the spring...
Has anyone tried removing one coil (or a fraction of a coil) from a front spring to lower the ride height on a 2015?
If so, how much does removing 1 coil lower the vehicle?
Electric Brake Kit Available.
GM has a Trailer brake package that is plug and play for the 2015-2016 Tahoe. It is made for them by Curt manufacturing and is available from Curt as well as GM. The package includes the harness, controller and mounting bracket. Part #19330154 costs about $100...
