    Brian, if your talking about my post regarding the replacement of the intermediary steering shaft, I replaced both the shaft and bearing. They came as separate parts but I figured I'd do both at the same time.

    Power window

    Dorman window lift assembly with motor, less then $75 if I recall correctly. Remove door panel, cut hand on sharp edges removing old assembly. Install new assembly, replace door panel. An hour latter you'll be having a beer.....not hard at all....

    Replaced the intermediate steering shaft and bearing. Fixed the clunking feel and noise. Tightened up the steering feel also. Not quite as easy as they make it seem with the power pedals but not too bad.....

    Yes, cat back system. From the drivers seat you can bearly hear the system at idle, and no droan on the highway. Get on the gas and it sounds great......

    Y Put on my new exhust today. I was concerned that the Sport series would be too loud but it's perfect. So this completes my Stage 1. Intake, Efans, BB tune and exhust. I purchased the AutoCal from BB, so I'll get the updated tune and be good to go.

    I had to replace the seat heat eliment, drivers side. Seat worked fine except for the heat.

    Ok, I actually went out and looked at my 04 LT. I have a cap that snaps onto the front bolt of the center bracket of the passenger side. The top circled bracket your showing. It's about 2-3 inch square, same color as the rest. Nothing on the other bracket.

    While intake manifold gaskets are an issue with these trucks, I doubt it is causing your no start problem. Most of the time it will cause a rough idel when cold and set an MIL.
