    mine works fine, I have the roof vents turned around to blow on my head. I noticed on day it wasn't blowing out the rear, I think you have to have mode dial set to only the dash vents.

    Ok I know this sounds stupid but did you pull the lenses, maybe someone pulled the bulbs out ! mine works just like MidwestMike's. If the bulbs are missing now would be a good time to upgrade to LEDS

    I wouldn't trash the engine yet. It would be more of a constant knock. just my 2 cents, also a trashed engine isn't going to turn lights on, on the dash, except low oil pressure.

    I'll tell ya I'm impressed, how hard is to remove the passenger airbag? I think I can fix mine without removing the dash, just the airbag.

    Have you or your mechanic clean and tighten ALL The GROUND's than go from there. also maybe add a new ground to be sure.

    I would make them replace the wiring harness, what gives them the right/authority to cut wires.? Mike, the rest of the wires are for grille lamps and speaker wires for your siren.

    Yea Pete, you are probably correct but I doubt anybody in their right mind would even think about doing that especially if you live south of New York. and I haven't heard of that either. This ain't my first rodeo. But on a serious note it could explain a musty odor in the cabin.

    on the carpet, try some mineral spirits. if your brave enough try it on a small section of the leather also, either way the damage is done
