TYF Newbie
Just bought my first "real" Chevy product - a 99 Tahoe LT 4wd with a brand-spankin new engine. Had a few GM cars when I was a kid, suffered through more than a few Ford F-series but fell in love with Toyota (cruisers, tacomas, 4runners... had a few).
Picked up this ride as an "on the road" vehicle as frankly, I hate to fly for my job.
Anyhow... its a clean 99 but has a few "age issues" I'll need to address (paint, suspension, a few little mods, etc). I figured I'd come here. There's no better place to gain knowledge than by people who drive the same vehicle and work on it regularly. It's how I kept my Tacoma - with over 300k - running like new for the past 12 years.
In short, I'll be asking a LOT of questions. Hoping y'all can help me out.
Thank you in advance!
