So what you saved on not having to redo the wheels on “the machine” you’re now going to have to spend on the tranny for “the beast” plus some? When I first read it, thought you had to spend the whole 5k to have it done.

Yes you need a harness adapter to keep the warning chimes and steering wheel controls. PAC makes one as well as AXCESS. I’ve used both but prefer the one from PAC because it retains sound from the rear entertainment DVD
