Wanting to know if you sanded it all by hand or did you use a sander? Seems like a lot of tedious work!

I didn’t sand it. I used maroon (fine) scotchbrite and lacquer thinner, then wipe the dissolved paint up with paper towels. It dissolves pretty quick. The main areas go pretty fast but the grooves and screen parts are slow. It has probably taken about 3-4 hours. If I was to sand it, that becomes tedious because you’re removing the texture and you have to sand it out perfect. And I don’t like that smooth look.

I pulled my afr/ boost gauge off so I could repaint the pod and pulled the vacuum line off the back of the gauge instead of separating it at the barbed connection a few inches down the line. Oops. It was attached INSIDE the gauge back and I could hear the zip tie rattling around in there so I cut an access hole in the back and reattached it.
