I have a 2005 denali xl I picked up the other day with bose head unit.. steering wheel controls.. and res... with 6 disc in the dash... anyway what after market nav. Unit available that I can still use the steering wheel controls.. and also if I install the after market nav. Will it effect...- batchpad2000
