Yep, I have a word document I created and I follow. I too use zip lock bags and mark accordingly. I place the parts in the back of my Tahoe. During the install I just follow the removal in reverse order. I even have torque values listed out for the install. I'm a bit **** that way - plus at my...- RAMurphy

And so it will begin (yes, I know I'm well behind my desires on a start date (life gets in the way sometimes) . Friday I start the removal and installation of my 6.0+ engine. Took the next two weeks off to get this done among a few other changes and upgrades. Photos and status updates to follow.- RAMurphy

SOLVED: Fuel pump install issues
This could be a reach, but it looks like you installed the gasket in the tank and then tried to install the pump. You should place the gasket on the fuel pump and then install the assembly into the tank. Can I see a picture of the retaining ring?- RAMurphy
