    SO I found ou that to fix the heater i had to get a whole new rear aircon system box. Fixed the issues and it works great. Just too bad that it costed so much for a simple little door.

    Anyone know where to get a new one of these. This is the internal flap that the bland door moves to change cold to hot air. The motor over turned it and it snapped the rod on the top thus making air flow changing impossible.

    Ok so working on the rear heat issue. The blenddoor for air distribution works fine but the one to control heat does not. I found out that the rod that the door activates was busted due to it being seized up.

    I kept my stock parklights because I like how bright they are for turning and at night with a lot of city driving. The taillights were a present surprise, they look updated but not too loud.

    So just got the headlights and they look sweeeeeeet. Taillights were also included and look perfect. One question is which cables to splice into for halo effect power. The headlights or the drl cable? The halos won't work if the drls are on vice versa

    I got the same deal so il throw in my own issue. Ive replaced one of the blend doors on the passenger side but thats it. My rear only blows cold but the air director works fine. My climate control module is kinda funky, it will say 80 degrees but still be cool air as well as be blowing full...

    White exterior paint, black window tint. Chrome headlights/taillights or black headlights/taillights? Keeping with the contrast of black and white or add in crime for the lights?

    Will any safe be made for the 05 Denali versions? No one makes them and I need a way to lock up valuables. There is absolutely no safe place to hide things in there.

    So... what type of gas mileage do each of the engines get?

    My 05 Denali with the 6.0 best average on flat ground. I cruise at 60-70 on the freeway most of the time. Dips in a bit with city driving. I'm about due for a oil change soon and will be trying royal purple hi mileage.

    Rear air not cold. Front air is.

    My issue is the opposite. My dash will blow cold until I set it to max 90 degrees. Gen it gets warm. My rear vents just only blow cold air. It's nice int he summer. It it's getting chilly here now. I figure it's smithing with the blend doors. I've replaced the passenger side one so far

    Did you wire them into the DRL power wires or the headlights. Im looking for a power wire to splice into that will let me run them with headlights and DRLs so basically they are always on. Cool lower steel punch grille int he bumper too!
