Ive experimented with patches of grip tape and it works pretty good so far so il see how it works in the rain season. Currently winterizing my truck now. I saw on the new 2016 sierra denials how there DRLs have those led strips around the headlights and was thinking of how to do it to my headlights tastefully like many beneath the top headlight housing coming up the sides and stoping there. I think it would look unique and change my parkights to clear lenses. Also my fog lights to led's.

@Kingfish585 , the LEDs around the headlights is an excellent mod. I'm still in the middle of redoing mine. Bought a set that didn't last long through the elements. The new set is cool but I needed to buy the longer version. It's a cool little white tube with the LEDs inside. There's a ton of different options on eBay and they are all pretty cheap and easy to wire in. Also I ordered led fogs from xenondot.com and I'm very pleased with them. They were fairly cheap and direct plug and play bulbs that went into the stock pigtail.

Did you wire them into the DRL power wires or the headlights. Im looking for a power wire to splice into that will let me run them with headlights and DRLs so basically they are always on. Cool lower steel punch grille int he bumper too!

Yeah that lower grill is my pride and joy mod haha. Anyways the way our lights are wired is that the daytime lights will not come on at night. Unless you do a mod and I'm not sure how exactly it's done. I know it's fairly easy though and there's a thread on it. My halos are wired to The day time running lights so they come in when I put my car in gear during the day. And then the night time running lights come on with the headlights so I wired my led strips to that.

White exterior paint, black window tint. Chrome headlights/taillights or black headlights/taillights? Keeping with the contrast of black and white or add in crime for the lights?

My headlights are clear but the back of housing is black so it almost looks like the are smoked. I like the contrast of my darker headlights against my silver paint. I like the contrast. I think the black housings would look good with your white.

Imo denali stock heads with clear turns looks best. Wonder if anyone has ever baked open and painted stock denali heads?
