Oh man there are a lot of options. Without splicing you can get a factory unit from eaby. I think the Rosen unit is very similar to oem but it may need some splicing. Personally I use a Pioneer unit. They make a wiring harness for all of them that will retain your door chime.
Correct. Our trucks have one pre and post cat on each side for a total of 4 sensors. There is a bung in the new headers for all 4 to be put back in. I only replaced the pre cat sensors and plugged the other two holes with the supplied plugs.
Sorry I have been MIA. We hosted Thanksgiving this year so I have was busy with that.
I saw your post about Truck Day at PBIR on the 16th but unfortunately we will be out of town that weekend.
Glad to hear you got all your maintenance done.
Ok so I got the truck tuned Friday at Horsepower Sales. I had them remove the DOD and secondary O2 sensor. To sum it up in one word, awesome! I am very happy with the results from my mild modifications. I promise I will get some more pictures of under the truck and a video of it running. It does...
Ok. Sorry for the lack of details. I have got all my stuff from Amazon. I wanted to see if I could build out my truck only using Amazon. So far so good.

They are DNA from Amazon. The inner diameter is 1.7" Spoke with a few different tuners. So overall consensus was not to spend the extra money for the brand name ones.
I had to support the transmission with a floor jack while the support beam was out.
My truck is a 2013. I am just wrapping the second pipe on the passengers side down my the frame. The pipe sits very close to the positive wire to the starter.
No cutting needed because I removed the transmission support beam to remove the factory exhaust.
So I tackled installing headers and a catless y-pipe this weekend. It was pretty straight forward but a little tricky by myself. I am happy with the fitment and quality. I am getting it tuned this Friday.
I have not had a chance to drive it yet. Need to do some more heat wrapping.
I switch between a Sundown Audio 12" and 4 8" Digital Designs. When I need the cargo space I run the 12". It's good enough for me. But obviously the 8's are nasty.
