The tow truck driver is about to get the boot. He has more excuses than a crackwhore on the corner looking for a score. I told him, he gets it tonight or I'm going another route. My plan is to go there around 5am and taking the license plate.... Maybe she will get pulled over for driving a car...- fixmycar

@mountie I've already contacted the local sheriff's office and it's 50/50 chance if they get called out if they will make the tow truck guy leave or if they will let him take it. They are calling this a civil issue and they want you to get a Writ of Replevin to legally get the sheriff's office...- fixmycar

@petethepug Onstar needs an active connection to the car before they can talk to it. That's what they told me. There is no active connection. Then once again, I'm not telling the tow driver what's really going on. They show up there, lights on, in no hurry, she comes out and then it goes back to breach of peace, which I'm in the process of finding out exactly what that means in this area.- fixmycar

OK, so I've spoken with a tow driver...and I don't know if he's trying to take me for my money, but he's yet to tow it. I keep getting different excuses from him. He's fully aware of the situation. Gents and ladies.... So someone took my 2012 Yukon Denali. There is only 1 key and fob. I just had a replacement key made, but the dealer said it's not tied to the car so it won't start.
