    Budget brake upgrades

No need to look anywhere other than the new OEM PPV brakes. https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/2021-tahoe-ppv-massive-oem-brakes-16.123236/

Appeasing workers? Your tirelessly pro-CCP stance is cute, you’ve probably got no idea what the nets around the buildings are for.

Gm Brembo upgrade added...sluggish acceleration and much lower mpg.

To my knowledge all of the 21+ have the electric parking brake, the black box on the back of the rear calipers. Like you mentioned I too wonder if unplugging would have an impact on your issue, but you would obviously lose the parking brake function entirely.

    Expedition vs Yukon

The Ford guys are constantly whining about their 10 speeds. It’s all in the programming. Not sure I’ve seen the first complaint about the 10 speed in a GM, very minimal if any.

Gm Brembo upgrade added...sluggish acceleration and much lower mpg.

This is getting a little out there. OP is not driving a Miata on the autocross track, he is cruising down the highway with his family in a 5,500 pound SUV with over 400 horsepower. The additional weight is completely irrelevant to the problems that the OP is having. Something is not right with...

    Brakes squeel like crazy

It’s the PPV pad material, backing, etc. Live with it, try to have the dealer spray the pads with CRC Disc Brake Quiet, or swap out for a different set of pads.

    Expedition vs Yukon

The limitation is payload on these 1/2 tons you almost always hit payload before anything else. They are way more capable than they used to be, but if you want to operate on the upper scale of the capabilities of the truck a HD is a much better choice. I see it all the time, 1/2 ton pulling a...

I'm not understanding wheel offset and or backspacing

You can use 1/4” slip on spacers or 1.25” spacers with OEM or similar rims with pockets in the mounting face OR trim your studs OR go 1.5” and run any wheel no cutting. BORA is the preferred brand for bolt on. Slip on anything will do.

    Window Regulator/Motor

Open it up and see what’s going on first. Often the aftermarket replacements are ever so slightly different from OEM and typically a few OEM things have to be re-used.

Best way to achieve 4” lift?

You have to crank to get the 6”. Stock keys and 4” height will give you nice flat angles and a great ride.

Best way to achieve 4” lift?

4” and up needs an actual kit. Rough Country is usually the most affordable. https://www.roughcountry.com/gm-suspension-lift-kit-280n2.html?find=2003-chevy-tahoe-4wd-739075

    Winter Set up

Should be no problem as long as the frequency is the same, shop is going to have to program them when they install and remount/balance your wheels.

2002 6.0L Yukon Denali Backfiring thru intake under load...need suggestions

Without the cats you’re probably running too lean and misfiring during that specific condition. Check misfire data, fuel trims, etc Also, were all of your exhaust manifold bolts in good shape?

Power Stop Rotors any good ?

Rust does not discriminate. 3 years old 60k miles OEM components . Slide pin rusted to the bracket on this corner, other 3 rotors were just as bad.

    2022 Bronco 17" Rims on 2018 Tahoe (20" Rims)

If I understand correctly you only need new tires, here are a couple of points to consider. Bronco wheels on your Chevy Tahoe will devalue the vehicle for resale, trade in, etc. You’ve got the mid year programming change so might have 315MHZ TPMS or 433TPMS like the new ones. Ford should be...

Noise when in Auto or 4W high

It is my understanding that the general function of the system has always been the same, correct me if I’m wrong. Auto is selected, front (open) diff is electronically actuated and the front half of the drivetrain is being “pushed” by the front wheels. This movement meets the rear axle...
