    Every package sent UPS or FedEx is weighed and measured when it is in transit. If it is undercharged they will rectify the bill. If you overweighted or over-measured than the house takes the overage.

    Oil on all 4 brakes!?!

    I would almost be wondering if it was something picked up off of the roadway. Strange to get it on all 4 corners like that. Maybe someone greasing up the tires with tire shine and went crazy or the tire shine feature at a car wash went overboard or something.
