2021 Denali air suspension or no?

People are already having issues with the air ride, paired with the production delays I would pass but that’s just me.

Electric Suburban / Electric Tahoe / Yukon / Escalade EV

Basic example: hurricane evacuation. While you’re waiting hours for your vehicle to charge I’ll be driving past you with a full tank of gas and as many full 5 gallon gasoline cans as I care to carry. Grid goes down, you’re not going anywhere. Even when it comes back up, better hope the CC...

Wife’s 2018 MB cla 250 intermittent starting issues

Go to any chain auto part store and they will load test the battery for free. No need to throw parts at it.

    0w-20 or 5w-30 ?

OEM spec. Keep startup wear to a minimum and keep AFM system happy. Use any dexos1 approved 0w-20

    2015 LTZ Level Kit Question

The lowers are easer IMO. The upper has to have the strut pulled all the way out of the pocket to install. 6 bolts instead of 2. Minor difference but when you look through the wheel well at the coil over the top spacer will be obvious to car guys while the lower allows the coil over to be in...

    Push button gear selector

The people that don’t notice the engine starting and stopping are the ones who wouldn’t know their tire was flat until the dashboard told them so. It is a terrible feature forced upon the consumer.

    Is this vehicle TOO big?

Short wheelbase models are great. Extremely maneuverable, excellent turning radius, etc. Long wheelbase still drives small but is the overall size of a typical half ton truck. Unless you’re parallel parking in tiny downtown spaces every single day the size of the truck is just something you’ll...

    Lifted/leveled Reverse it?

Looks like the tires might not be stock size. If they are larger you might need the level up front for clearance.

My dealership odyssey and claimed carbon buildup

I would push the dealer to make it right or take the vehicle elsewhere. Contact GM directly with your issue and let them know that it is an ongoing issue that was not fixed properly.

My dealership odyssey and claimed carbon buildup

Build up, by definition means over time. It is not possible for a normally functioning engine to accumulate any meaningful amount of carbon buildup in 140 miles. Period. Carbon buildup is not a result of the AFM system, it is a characteristic of DI only engines. However this is blown out of...

My dealership odyssey and claimed carbon buildup

Take it back, don’t pay anything. Go somewhere else and get a 2nd opinion. Usually in a situation like this the dealer will go to bat for you if you’re slightly over warranty. Looks like your dealer is trying to screw you over...

    GM Transmission service

Pan drop would be lucky to get 1/2 of the fluid out of the system, if you want all of the fluid to be changed than you’re going to want the flush.

    Ordering Delays...What would you do?

Standard practice having a vehicle shipped, would be a good option especially with all of the uncertainty going on in the world.

    WTB: 15-20 Rear AutoRide Rods

They are similar might be the same actually, I’m not sure. I’m running the threaded rods right now I would just like to source the OEM for aesthetics.

    WTB: 15-20 Rear AutoRide Rods

Just like the title states, if anyone has a spare set of rear autoride rods from a 15-20 truck I’d be willing to pay a couple bucks for you to stick them in an envelope and send them my way. Send me a PM and we can iron out the details.

Advice on Selling Tires and Wheels Needed

Every package sent UPS or FedEx is weighed and measured when it is in transit. If it is undercharged they will rectify the bill. If you overweighted or over-measured than the house takes the overage.

Advice on Selling Tires and Wheels Needed

Tires alone are sent unwrapped they just put the label on the tread. Rims need to be boxed up properly 24x24x12 for a 22 is a good size IIRC. If the tires are on the rims your limited to selling locally because you’re going to get crushed in shipping charges. Everyone is running peak...

    Oil on all 4 brakes!?!

I would almost be wondering if it was something picked up off of the roadway. Strange to get it on all 4 corners like that. Maybe someone greasing up the tires with tire shine and went crazy or the tire shine feature at a car wash went overboard or something.
