    The Direct injection motors may take longer to start as the high pressure pump may take longer to get up to pressure. The smell sounds like you have a check valve leaking.

    New wiper blades- Rock Auto Trico's Tried one of the Costco Michelin wipers (they are cheap) but 6 months and they are done....

    There is no pushrod that doesn't flex some. If you had high speed cameras you would be amazed the amount of deflection at 6,000 rpm.
