    i need to look into this. when im pulling into a drive thru i here a rattle sound or sometimes when i take off at slow speeds. it does sound like somethings is loose.

    It turns out dam part store gave me a pump for a hydroboost brake when I have vacuum brakes so thay mite be the problem.we will see when they have the part in stock for me.

    just took off the pump and yes the shaft did break off. ill try fix it today ill reply back with another pump in its place. hopefully the problem will be gone

    i have the same problem. i replace my bad pump with a new one 3 months ago. the new maked a funny sound (whining noise) when the truck is on. two or three times a month it would make the truck steer to the left goin down the road, i had to take the top off and turn the wheel in both directions...

    i thought about that but idk i wanted navy blue which it does stretch but isnt 60inches wide. now i wonder if i can dye some suede to match in the size i need. meijers has the kits to do it for a couple backs but would that mess up the suede?

    how wide does the suede have to be to cover the headliner and what glue did you use? i would like to mine in suede some time this year.

    New fuel pump install...searched but didn't see anything...

    u can disconnect the fuel lines by hand on the pump i done it. now putting them back on top of the tank (not the pump) is a *****. but it should take about 1-2hrs. make sure you clean off all around the pump b4 removing it. u dont want that dirt going in the tank.

    fuck that no more donuts for me its was close to 0 degrees that day we had to change it. just remember after u can change the pump and move your truck alil bit to get the fluid moving i thought a was screwed for a min.

    to update this thread it was my power steering pump that went out. was a pain in the ass cuz of the cold. but not to hard to change out.
