My ‘22 Yukon At4 was doing the same but in the rear. Would lose an inch or two of height when parked overnight or all day. Took several trips to the dealer before they fixed it, but it was a leaking air spring. When you try to change the ride height manually do you get a leveling system error?
The air suspension on my ‘22 At4 has developed a slow leak. After being parked overnight the rear sits about 1.5” lower than normal. Have 32k miles on it. Dealer cant’t find the leak but has ordered new air springs and some fittings as first try. I’m still under warranty but parts on the...
Have to agree. With over a year and 20k+ miles on my '22 AT4 - I'd say the Android based infotainment system is really disappointing both in performance and features. GM's own system was better. Maybe future updates will change that.
Agree - sure seems like many of the software fixes could be easily fixed with ota updates but on this issue my dealer told me they wont do a BCM update like this over the air because if it is interrupted it can leave the vehicle inoperable.
You lowered the automatic fan speed in the settings correct? (i think that was you in the other thread anyway). If you put that on high then the system will push max air flow in the situation you described -- but its annoyingly noisy the rest of the time.
No - this was a different issue where basically the RSE system wasn't recognizing that the vehicle had an active onstar plan. However - what you're suggesting might work - I know you can connect the front infotainment to your own hotspot. Not sure if that connectivity would carry over to...
So far so good. I’ve remote started about 20 times since the BCM update. But the occurrence of this issue is very infrequent - so for me it’s going to take at least a few more months to feel confident it’s gone for good.
Dealt with same issue for months on my At4 also purchased in November 2021. Hours on phone with onstar and two tries with a dealer. All useless. The apps were added to my system but still got that onstar message. Tried deleting the MyGMC account and reinstalling but no luck. A few weeks...
Had the BCM update done at the dealer today. Going to start using remote start again and will report back here if any further problem. Hopefully this was the fix that puts this issue behind us.
That’s not the issue. Some models in Earlier years of the prior generation experienced buffeting / interior pressure. It was bad enough to get a lot of vehicles bought back by GM although it didn’t affect all vehicles or all passengers.
Have mine scheduled for next Tuesday - will be tough to know if the fix actually works since this seems like a pretty low occurrence problem but it will be nice to have enough confidence to use the remote start again.
Here is the updated bulletin (the dealer i had mine towed to back in January says they didnt know there was an updated bulletin but I found it on the NHTSA site).
Have to agree the system in the '22 is not fully baked. We have a couple of '19 GM products -- those infotainment systems work quickly and smoothly. The Android system in the '22 is noticeably laggy and still has plenty of unresolved bugs.
Not sure I'd trade out over it though. I guess...
My '22 At4 does disconnect a call when you're using carplay and a new call comes in. Doesnt give you any warning, just drops the existing call.
One of about a half dozen software quirks with the '22s. All could seemingly be fixed with OTA updates. Makes me wonder how much feedback GM is...
Agree completely. Have same setup on my at4. I wouldn’t say the highway drone is loud but it is there and noticeable- and louder when towing or climbing a slight grade.
