    Could be spark knock. Something is setting off the knock sensors and the ECM is pulling out timing. Try putting a tank of premium in it and see if it changes.

    There are replacement cameras that are better than OEM but unless the ordered the HD system, it will never compare the the Benz. Have you made sure the lens is clean? I have to say I have no issues with my 2019 Yukon, the pic is fine but doesn't compare the the wife's BMW either.

    You've probably got a small fortune in the 302 it that's what it really is. Sell it and get a reman 5.7. The old SBC's just won't have the electronics needed to be compatible in the Escalade.

    Make sure you burped all the air out of the system. These things are notoriously hard to get all the air out. You didn't mention if it was over heating or not either.

    Also make sure you don't have anything loose and banging around like and exhaust manifold bolt or engine mount. This could set off your knock sensors.

    You have an injector leaking on bank 2 according to those numbers. The map readings are off too, you either have a bad MAP sensor or a vacuum leak somewhere. Look up the MAP readings via multi meter and check it or just replace it. It could also cause your injector issues. If it checks out OK...
