    Anyone put Goodyear Fortera's on their vehicle? I am usually a Michelin man, but I cannot believe they no longer make the LTX MS2 in 22. I know my mom's truck has those in 22.

    Not thrilled

    I am at 10,000 miles now, and the only issue I had was the Service 4WD glitch that was fixed with a recall. Otherwise smooth going. I am pretty happy with my highway milage. Much better than my 2012 avalanche, and the 4WD tahoe is heavier.

    Picked up Sable Metallic LT

    That it is chrome. I never liked the matching color stripe the previous generation had. I love the classic 90s era c/k looking front with the chrome stripe and black grill.

    Road trip! Decent MPG...

    My tahoe's best MPG was 23.9 mpg down the highway roads of GA. It is awesome. My trip from Miami to Augusta went from 2 tanks with the old avalanche to a tank and a quarter. Love the refined 5.3.

    A/C not working

    Yeah they fixed it. Now it cools better than ever. Theres a reason why despite me living in Augusta now, when I return to Miami for vacation I take it to that dealer.

    So what happened is that a dealee took care of the AC recall for me and ended up breaking the schraeder valve. I'm in Miami for the holidays so the dealer here has to replace the whole ac line. Outstanding. At least there's something wrong!

    A/C not working

    Yesterday my A/C blew hot air despite putting it as low as 60. Right now it is still blowing out hot and slightly cooled air. I will be taking it to the dealer tomorrow. I am prepared for them to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my car as they usually do.... until the warranty...

    At 4000 miles I got the Service 4wd error once again. And now when I put my car into park and turn off my car I feel a hard thump in my car. I am not sure if it is the transmission or something else.

    FYI: The Tahoe LT with luxury package also has heated steering wheel and push button start. If I had a black interior I would care more about cooled seats, but I do not.

    Whenever I can afford it. The car alone spreads me thin. Once I get other expenses under control I may put larger rims after I wear out the tire though the 18" look ok to me.     I got some more pictures of my ride. I tried out Meguiar's Ultimate wax this time and like the results. I plan to use ultimate every few months and alternate Carnauba plus in between. The one in my sig as well.
