Fg8or the videos I watched on the 1210 said the Bluetooth mic in the unit wasn't very good and said to use an external mic. Was that included with the package? 2011 Driver seat won't lift in the rear
One other thing to check is a local auto upholstery shop. Any shop that has been in business for a while knows the ins and outs of the mechanics of seats. -

I didn't remove the tires ...you can turn the fronts for access but it would have been easier if I did remove the rears. But because I'm lazy I choose to do it the hard way. LOL -

I have to just laugh at some car salesmen. You tell them what you want....black...leather....ltz package etc...and they walk out to the lot with you and while walking they ask would this white ford escape work for you?- Scooty

The problem I had only appeared when I hit the hiway and after an hour or so the service tpms would appear. If I stopped for lunch or for more than 30 minutes the warning would go away,,,,until I hit hiway speeds for about an hour then it would stay on until the next stop. The new sensor fixed... -

If the sensor continues to cause trouble the battery in it could be getting weak. The dealer in my area wanted $98.00 for one. I found one on ebay for $22.00. Also when refilling the tires don't forget to check the spare. I helped a relative change her tire and the spare was almost flat...never... -

Light Sensor\Automatic Headlights
I had the same issue with my 08 Tahoe. Sometimes the headlights stayed on all day and never went to dlr's. Things that don't work right drive me nuts. I went to the dealer and bought new ambient light sensor and installed it ( about $45-$50 if I remember). Problem solved. Headlights come on in...- Scooty

Door ding repair - ever get it done?
My advice is to find someone that has been doing it for a long time. They have the tools and experience to fix it right. I've had several fixed and you would never know a dent was ever there. -
How to keep fogs on with hi and low beam - 6 hi
I did this mod today on my 08 tahoe with a $1.49 diode from Radio Shack. The diode I used is a PN 1N4004.Comes in a package of two but just need one. Work is done in fuse box under the hood. As if you are looking from the drivers seat to front... take the "striped" side of diode and place into... -
