Hopefully some of you are taking these trucks offroad, and if so please post some reviews on the 3.5" kit with updates as more miles are put on.
Flow measurement. If the MAF is not receiving the correct information, you may get a CEL or rough running engine. At least one of the aftermarket CAI was having an issue with this as I recall.

IMO not a lot of people running 20s with a level kit. Having said that, 295\50\20 because you want to minimize trimming.
FYI I have 285/65/18s and had to trim ~2 inches from the front valence. Seems like the Z71s had to trim more than other models.

I think it needs more than just a change of mufflers to address the rasp. There are just too many changes in piping diameter and no way to even out the exhaust pulses. Is the flowmaster merge a sort of x-pipe like the magnaflow type?
Body lifts are not the same as lift kits. If you tow, you will need a body lift that properly relocates the hitch for strength, or be prepared to fab some up. The Tahoe is a very heavy vehicle, so I would not put a large body lift if you take it offroad. Better have at least grade 8 bolts...
