    Transfer Case rear seal leaking

    Are you sure it is the transfer case? What color is the fluid? I had a rear transmission seal that was replaced under warranty.

    IMO does not go with LTZ trim. May be if it was a flat silver color (not chrome).

    Yeah a few of the folks on here and other forums have had issues with the Volant for 09+ NNBS. One person is still having CEL issues after removal.

    Looking forward to seeing the 35s on :). Please post pics of the front suspension, espcially the CVs. Hopefully some of you are taking these trucks offroad, and if so please post some reviews on the 3.5" kit with updates as more miles are put on.

    Hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like there isn't that much room for any suspension movement. IMO needs to level it off (rear is too low).

    Tanner PM Gonzo or Creto on this forum. They both have 4-inch lifts with proper offsets to fit 35s.

    Flow measurement. If the MAF is not receiving the correct information, you may get a CEL or rough running engine. At least one of the aftermarket CAI was having an issue with this as I recall. Soulsea, I have not seen a 09+ GMPP but I have not searched for one.

    IMO not a lot of people running 20s with a level kit. Having said that, 295\50\20 because you want to minimize trimming. FYI I have 285/65/18s and had to trim ~2 inches from the front valence. Seems like the Z71s had to trim more than other models. Also just get the spedo adjusted or...

    I think it needs more than just a change of mufflers to address the rasp. There are just too many changes in piping diameter and no way to even out the exhaust pulses. Is the flowmaster merge a sort of x-pipe like the magnaflow type?

    Body lifts are not the same as lift kits. If you tow, you will need a body lift that properly relocates the hitch for strength, or be prepared to fab some up. The Tahoe is a very heavy vehicle, so I would not put a large body lift if you take it offroad. Better have at least grade 8 bolts...
