Update. After disconnecting the 3rd brake light and playing with the left taillight it's working but the real test is when I take it for a spin. I think the problem is the aftermarket taillight. If so it's back to the stock taillights.

Well after installing Tony's 2/3 lowering kit we forgot to install the bumpstops and the ride is kind of rough. Where should the new bumpstops be located. Pics or a video would be helpful. Thanks.
