I too own a 2023 Ram 1500 Limited with Ecodiesel. I love it and it's a keeper. I also wanted a Yukon Denali with baby Duramax since MY 2022 but no dealer wanted to sell less than MSRP...many asking over MSRP. Since my search started early 2022, I noticed GM increased prices year to year, to...
Can't remove these GM wheel locks with a conventional socket or vise grip wrench...the hex head spins freely. If you look at the key socket, the "ridges" insert onto base of each nut for removal. The "ridges" are also unique to each wheel lock set.
Of course wheel locks in general are never...
Bummer, thats what I thought. My online search came up with nothing. I really wanted these GM wheel locks so as to match up to the stock black lug nuts with decent level of security.
Don't care for the other type GM wheel lock or even Mcgard wheel locks...thieves know how to remove them...
I just did this a couple of weeks ago. Get access behind the front bumper. Underneath bumper, remove all screws holding small cover. Using new trim piece as reference, look for 4 white push tabs holding the trim piece...one on each end and two in the middle. They look like these in the...

Have owned many diesels...Chevy, GMC, Merecedes, VW, and Audi over my lifetime. Never used a block heater in vehicles that had them...while living in Wisconsin.
I will say the plastic cover for the plug in heater on my Tahoe is junk. Clips deform and warp when I did a trial run in cool temps...
The more I look at other pics of RSTs online, the more I wonder if Black Ice is the correct color on these 2 trim pieces.
Anyone with a RST confirm if above trim pieces #4 and #8 are Black Ice on their SUVs???
Already tried that using 2 other RST VINs and also multiple GM part websites. Same results...either Black Ice chrome, Nightrider chrome, Galvano Silver, or Exterior Bright.
Ordered below trim pieces #4 and #8 online using VIN# for RST....wanting gloss black pieces. Only colors listed for a RST on all the GM part websites was Black Ice chrome, Nightrider chrome, Galvano Silver, & Exterior Bright.
Ordered Black Ice chrome, part #s 84371057 84742603, thinking this...
I see Green Diesel Engineering finally came out with a tune for the LM2 motor. +60 hp and +114ftlb torque. Impressive...and tested by EPA to meet standards.
I know GDE has pretty good reputation and following with Ecodiesel owners...
Make sure you have the correct vehicle/motor selected under settings. Go to settings...vehicle...and select LM2 20-21'.
Now you should have everything listed in the PID list.
