Flo-Pro Big Oval, Part#2505. The inlet of the muffler is offset from the factory. flo-Pro accommodates for this and is specifically built for our trucks. Also, I have a leveling kit and run 285/75/16's without an issue.
My 2007 Yukon XL 2500 runs 150-170 and has the 4L80E like you. 205 is a little warm, check for the possibility of a obstructed cooler line for the trans.
Also considering purchasing the Flo-Pro 2506 Big Oval HD muffler as I would like to have a better flowing muffler to complement my intake and tune

Replaced driver side exhaust manifold gasket, fixed one of two snapped exhaust manifold bolts as I couldn't fix the very rear bolt that snapped even with the head. Purchased the Dorman 917-107 kit and took care of the problem. No more exhaust leaks and found that my PCV grommet was torn...
Looks like I have an electrical issue, system won't read High Pressure Switch data. I am going to replace the wiring connector as it appeared to be corroded and will work my back to the BCM and HVAC controller.
Thank you for the reply, I just replaced both High and Low pressure sensors. I will test the ohms and voltage as stated and see if there is a wiring issue somewhere in the system :)
Sounds like your blender door actuator is going out. https://www.autozone.com/cooling-heating-and-climate-control/a-c-heater-blend-door-actuator?filterByKeyWord=blender+door&fromString=search&isIgnoreVehicle=false
Sorry, work has been outrageously busy lately. I was able to get the A/C going by jumping the A/C compressor relay. I am going to continue to look into why there is no signal to engage the compressor, but at least it works for now in this 100+ degree Central California weather.
Did you re-calibrate the blender door position? My blender door was acting up and was able to re-calibrate via my tech-2 scanner. Unfortunately my AC system still is in protection mode and will not engage my AC compressor.

Yes, this poor girl saw a lot of changes and yes... That really is a Z71 Suburban :)
This 2007 is gone, I now have a 2007 Yukon...
Check out this site, you can narrow down your search for year, make, model, rim/tire size etc. Might help you with your search :)

Hey guys,
So I bought the Yukon with the A/C system not working (hence how I got a great deal) and figured it would be an easy fix as it had no Freon in the system.
I had A/C system charged at a shop and the tech advised me that I probably need to have the BCM re-flashed. Never heard of it...
Was idling rough so I changed plugs and wires. Someone installed Autolite Copper plugs that were shot with well worn AC Delco wires, replaced everything with Iridium AC Delco's and wires. Needless to say, she is running much better now :)
