Rear Defrost Not Working.
2001 Tahoe LT. Rear window not warming up when I hit the switch. Checked with a test light and there is power all the way to the connections, both sides. No visible damage to the defrost wire grid. Also checked the gang ground post in the back rear. Looked fine but cleaned it anyway. Wiper...- StewTCB

I guess I will suck it up and buy genuine GM parts. They seem to run about $75-89 each. I tried the cheap ones on eBay before and really thought they sucked and although they are copycats of GM they don't adjust well and are flimsy. Is it possible to install a more powerful bulb? Sent from my... -

01 Mirror Glass Replacement
What's funny is I installed a non dimming mirror replacement and the chassis wiring had more connections than the mirror. Coincidentally my rear defroster quit working. I'm hoping that installing the correct replacement all plugged in will magically restore function to the rear defrost. Fingers... -

I have an 2001 Tahoe LT. Need a driver side mirror replacement glass. Power/Heat/Autodimming. I can only find heated mirror replacements. Any ideas? Thanks.
